Heute hab ich mal wieder ein Freebie-Kit im Gepäck. Aber zuvor möchte ich noch einige andere Dinge mit euch teilen.
Today I am having a new Freebie-Kit. But before that please take your time and read what I have to share with you.
Als erstes möchte ich euch ein neues Kit von –> KrueDesign vorstellen. Aufgrund von einer fetten Erkältung habe ich es bisher nicht geschafft ein richtiges Halloween-Layout zu gestalten, wie ich eigentlich wollte. Das werd ich noch nachreichen … aber nichts destotrotz möchte ich nicht, dass ihr die –>Halloween-Sonderpreise bei KrueDesign verpasst und zeige euch deshalb ein schlichteres Layout, das aus dem Kit entstanden ist.
First I want to introduce you to a recently released kit of –>KrueDesign and her –>Halloween-Sale. Don’t miss to grab what you like! I already had the chance to use her kit “Spooky” but was because of my bad cold not able to make a real halloween-layout but only a very simple layout. Later I will come up with another layout as well.
Here you see the right half of a douple-site layout. I am having a bit of trouble with the long text of the other site. The Layout is part of my “9-Month-Project” that I was letting down for too long.

Und nun zu der kleinen Geschichte wie mein neues Kit entstand…
Schon seit längerer Zeit faszinieren mich Kits die mit abgenutzten Elementen “glänzen” und dabei stets gut aussehen und so vielseitig anwendbar sind.
Daher suchte ich nach Tutorials um diesen Stil einmal auszuprobieren in meinen Kits. Leider hatte ich überhaupt kein Glück. Es scheint hierzu einfach nichts zu geben… Also begab ich mich ins Gespräch mit anderen Designern und bekam hier und da ein paar Tipps, die mich zu viel Ausprobiererei anregten.
Ziel war es eigentlich einfach ein kleines Minikit zu erstellen während des ausprobierens. Doch das Ergebnis ist viel größer geworden als geplant.
So I will tell you the story about my new kit…
Since quite a longer time I just love shabby kits with those grunged, used elements that seem to look good to everything. They just always fit somehow.
So I was searching for tutorials to learn to apply that stlye into my kits. Well. No luck to go that way. There are just no tutorials out there. So I was lucky to get in contact with some great designers and learned from their tipps … and just had to try!
Actually I just wanted to create a Minikit to give that shabbyness a go. And now I have this kit that is much more than just mini!
Another Layout for my 9-Month-Project showing the babys Grandparentes.
It is a very typical thing here in Germany to meet with your family
for a “coffee and cake” afternoon.

Hier möchte ich jetzt auch mal ein riesen Kompliment für dieses KIT hinterlassen!!! Das scrappen damit hat soviel Spaß gemacht, die Farbkombintaion ist super gelungen, ich liebe sie!!! Und die Elemente sind spitze! Man kann soviel mit dem Kit gestalten, ohne sich speziel nur auf kaffee zu konzentrieren!!!
